This summer, June 23, Emil, a citizen of North Macedonia, contacted us with the goal of purchasing a nice villa in Greece and applying for a Golden Visa. The cost of the property is 450 thousand euros for a fully equipped detached villa with a large plot, which was eligible for the Golden Visa and was a very attractive price on the market.
