We have 10 apartments that are from 25 up to 50m² and could accommodate up to 36 guests. And there is an apartment of 100m² with a living room with a fireplace combined with a sitting room and a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet that could accommodate up to 6 people. There is also the individual heating system (radiators and heat pump). This apartment has the most attractive panoramic sea view of the hotel.
The apartments/studios are totally equipped and furnished (bed, wardrobe, air condition), fully equipped bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet) in a high quality of materials and construction and in a walking distance from the sandy beach. In a just 5 min drive there is full infrastructure: shops, taverns and cafes.
The area of the complex is beautifully designed and harmonically attached to the whole area. There is the possibility to built a pool. There is common BBQ pavilion on the plot.
The distance from the international airport of Thessaloniki is one hour drive.
