The location of Resort is unique as it is just moments away of all the attractions of Aridaia –Pozar Baths, Canyon  Aridaia, Blue Waters, Black forest, Bearcave, ski center Kaimaktsalan and in just 1 hour drive from Thessaloniki airport.

The hotel is developed in 3 different buildings.

The main building has 14 double rooms and 3 triple rooms, plus rooms for the stuff, all year operated bar/restaurant, gym and sauna, storage room, kitchen and laundry room, boiler room and manager's office and conference hall for 40 guests.

The extra building has 6 two floors family suites with the private terrace and exit to the pool (some of them have jacuzzi). In this section there is also a basement with parking that can accommodate 11 cars plus various storage rooms.

New building of 80m2 is constructed now (can be used like separate villa or 2-3 separate rooms).

The guests' rooms are fully equipped and furnished, having private bathrooms with shower and a toilet. Also we have exit to veranda or balcony.
