Land: located on a gentle hillside overlooking the sea, around the perimeter of the plot surrounded by stone walls, hand-made. The size of the land of the villa is almost 1.4 hectares (14 000 sq.m). The plot is professionally landscaped -garden with mature olive trees, flower beds, planted with aromatic herbs, including thyme, rosemary, coriander, anise, mint, lavender, etc. Through the gardens laid tracks made of natural stone.
