The hotel was built by in 1985. The property is located outside the cozy fishman settlement. The entire land on which the hotel is built encompasses 10,033.33 square meters. The building is 2,152.42 square meters in total with 1,249.94 square meters being the ground floor and 1,249.94 square meters the first floor. It has undergone some significant refurbishment in 2017 with a replacement of all windows and doors as well as parts of the room interior.
The water of the hotel is heated by solar panels. As part of the sale come two fields each 3,300 square meters in size. One field is just down the road with a hotel owned well that secures the water supply for the hotel. The second field borders the main property for future extensions.
This Hotel is the only hotel in this resort situated directly alongside the sandy beach that borders the Bay and is within a few minutes' walk of the picturesque fishing village. It was built in Aegean style and nestles in an attractive mixture of horticultural and pastoral landscape. It comprises 54 fully air-conditioned ensuite rooms with simple, tasteful decor. Half of the rooms have a sea view and get sun in the morning, the other rooms look inland toward wooded hills and offer an attractive view of the island's landscape, especially toward sunset.
The property runs as a three-star Hotel, it has two swimming pools, one for adults (overlooking the bay) and one for children, a pool bar, an indoor and outdoor restaurant area, a playground and designated car parking facility. It has a large roof terrace overlooking the bay, a tennis court and a landscaped garden. The hotel has leased 159 square meters of beachfront immediately in front of the hotel for the placements of umbrellas and sun lounges.
