In the first floor there is the main property including in one level a living room with a fireplace combined with a sitting room and a kitchen with built in furniture. Also we have 3 bedrooms (each with a roof fan), a separate WC and a shower with WC.
There is a front and a side balconies offers view to the Aegean clean sea waters and to the mount of Athos.
Additionally we have a back side veranda with a "rest area" and a barbecue.
In the down floor there are 2 separate apartments that connected with exterior stairs to the upper floor. Both includes a living room with a kitchen, plus a bedroom and a shower with W.C. Additionally we have a storage to each apartment.
